One of the top pastry chefs today, he has earned accolades including James Beard's "Outstanding Pastry Chef of the Year" and Forbes Magazine's "10 Most Influential Chefs in America." While pastry chef at Jean Georges, the restaurant earned four stars from The New York Times and is one of four restaurants in America with three Michelin stars. Iuzzini is the head judge of Bravo’s new culinary competition series “Top Chef Just Desserts” and the author of Dessert Fourplay: Sweet Quartets From A Four-Star Pastry Chef.
