Missing at 17 - Andrew White
True Blood – Alexander Drew

Jacob was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. At the age of 5, Jacob was discovered when he rode along with his actor Dad to visit his agent. Taken with Jacob’s blue eyes and easy charm, the agent quickly asked, “Who is this and does he want to act?” Within a few weeks, Jacob booked his first movie role in The Minis, starring Dennis Rodman. Jacob played the very curious and charming little boy, Brian. Soon after that he booked his first of several national commercials starring opposite the angelic Jaclyn Smith in a Mother’s Day commercial for Kmart. His professional acting career had taken off and he’s been having a blast ever since.

Along with starring in commercials, Jacob has also landed many print campaigns. In 2010, Jacob got cast in his first TV show in the role of Billy, a karate powerhouse on How I Met Your Mother . He had an amazing time working with other guest stars Malin Akerman , Jason Lewis, and Chris Kattan. He had his first run in with vampires, when he was cast in the feature film, Priest (2011) directed by Scott Stewart. Jacob had a small, yet memorable role opposite Paul Bettany. The film also stars Stephen Moyer.

Jacob began seeing little green men when he was cast in RCVR (2011), a science fiction series packaged by CAA and was awarded Best Drama Web Series in the 2012 International Academy of Web Television in Las Vegas. Jacob played the role of a sweet, brave and endearing little boy, Bobby who along with his friend Tommy (Garret Ryan) and sister, are caught in the middle of a 1970’s government cover up involving UFO sightings and extraterrestrial encounters.

Jacob’s next role was in Just a Little Heart Attack (2011) as the very smart son of Elizabeth Banks, who also directed the lighthearted short film. Elizabeth describes it as a little film about a super mom who takes care of everyone except herself. The short was designed for the American Heart Association Go Red Campaign. Speaking of super moms ... Jacob also co-starred in Supermoms (2012), a live action/animation web series starring Joey Lauren Adams and Julie Warner about four women with superpowers that share the common bond of motherhood and foiling their arch enemy Dr. Deconstructo. Jacob plays the role of Jake, the son of Joey Lauren Adams and Patrick Fabian.

Now back to vampires! Jacob’s most intriguing role was in Season 5 of HBO’s True Blood. Jacob had the recurring role of Alexander Drew, the youngest (looking) member of the Vampire Authority, who turned at the age of 9. He was an impetuous vamp who likes to taunt those around him. Jacob gor to work with Chris Meloni, Peter Mensah, Carolyn Hennesy, Christopher Heyerdahl, Alex Skarsgard, and Stephen Moyer.

On a lighter note, back to comedy, Jacob landed a large guest role in NBC's Animal Practice opposite Justin Kirk. Jacob played 10 year old Connor, a smart and wise young boy whose dog became very ill. Jacob then decided to spread his wings and got cast in the lead role of Adam, a 10 year old autistic boy in the short film, Sunchild. Adam witnesses a true-life tragedy on the news one night and not only internalizes the pain, but mirrors it's devastating agony. This short film will be released in prominent film festivals in Summer, 2014.

Jacob co-stars in the Lifetime movie, Missing at 17, which premiered October 19th, 2013. He plays Andrew White, a computer whiz and younger brother of Candance White, played by Ayla Kell who runs away from home after she finds out she''s adopted. Most recently, Jacob was cast in his dream job as the new voice of Gumball Watterson in Cartoon Network's, The Amazing World of Gumball for Season 3. Playing a fast-talking, sarcastic, mischievous blue cat who finds himself getting in more trouble then not, Jacob is having the time of his life as Gumball, which begins airing Summer, 2014.

Now welcome to the 80's, Jacob presently has a recurring role on ABC's new comedy, The Goldbergs. He plays Chad Kremp, who is cool and preppy on the outside, but a geek on the inside. Chad becomes instant best friends with Adam Goldberg, played by Sean Giambrone.

Jacob’s versatility, talent and intelligence allow him to bring such wonderful characters to life. One of his fellow actors proclaims, "Jacob is one amazing and talented kid. A real pro." He looks forward to what the future will bring and along the way gives those who meet him plenty to talk about. Jacob is in sixth grade and in the Gifted & Talented Education (GATE) program at his school. He reads at an 10th grade level and has a photographic memory. He studies Taekwondo and is currently a black belt. Jacob competes in various statewide Martial Arts Competitions and has won many gold and silver medals in form, sparring and breaking. Jacob loves to spend time with his family and friends, play a variety of sports, including baseball and handball, read, draw, and is a huge fan of anything Marvel and Mario! He and his older brother, Gerad, have a very extensive collection of comics and light sabers. Jacob resides in L.A. with his parents and brother.
