September 6, 2012Nick and Sophie Tweed Simmons will be the special guest stars performing at Surrey Mayor Dianne Watt’s annual black tie gala Friday September 7th in Surrey, B.C. The Mayor’s Ball is an annual fundraising event for key charitable organizations in Surrey British Columbia Canada

Sophie Tweed-Simmons will also be acknowledged by the Mayor for her contributions to “Sophie’s Place” an advocacy centre for children who are abused and or suffer from unwarranted incidents.

Over 1,000 VIP guests attend this annual gala with this year’s theme being Monte Carlo Sophie and Nick along with Mom Shannon Tweed-Simmons will be sitting at the Mayor’s table and be recognized as guests of honour. Family friend Howard Blank has arranged for their concert and facilitated the marriage of Sophie’s Place with Sophie Tweed Simmons.

SATURDAY:

Sophie and Nick Tweed-Simmons to perform sold-out concert show for Boulevard Casino VIP’s at the renowned Red Robinson Show Theatre in Coquitlam British Columbia. “This will be a great thrill for our top VIP guests to enjoy an intimate concert with two outstanding young artists” said Howard Blank, Vice President of Great Canadian Gaming Corporation.

Nick and Sophie Tweed-Simmons made their international singing debut in 2011 at the River Rock Casino resort in Richmond British Columbia for Howard Blank.
