- 21 July 2012 Meet Diego, a shelter pup rescued by friends of mine, Tyla and Adam. Diego was surrendered to the Animal Welfare League by neglectful owners, but now lives happily in his loving home. An estimated 5 million unwanted cats and dogs are killed in shelters each year - that's one pet every six and half seconds! - making adoption the ethical choice when considering a new family pet.

Minke whales are targeted for poaching by the Japanese whaling fleet in the Southern Ocean whale sanctuary. @SeaShepherd ZeroTolerance
