Day 27. By now, I hope you've discovered so many delicious booster food swaps that have become healthy rituals in your life. Here's my booster food now: coffee, 1" steamed soy, lots of cinnamon, nutmeg, 1 pack stevia. 50% cheaper than a Frappucino and 98% less calories AND tons of health benefits!

Day 10! #DietRehab will improve yr family's diet over time. Rocco eating his favorite booster food: baby carrots (I eat mine w/ hummus).

It's not so much about what you're cutting from your diet - it's what your adding. These wraps have fiber and protein giving them a high satiety value: keeping you fuller, longer! These are always in my fridge, and you can find them at Trader Joe's.
