- 25 November 2012 August 2012 Mt. Ararat Expedition: Inside a typical Kurdish tent on the slopes of Mt. Ararat. Families cook, eat, and sleep in tents like these. The bedding-like area along the back wall doubles as seating during the day. They are kept very tidy inside by the women.

- 14 December 2012 Grandmother's service was lovely today. There were so many beautiful flower arrangements, The graveside service was lovely as well. She was laid to rest beside her son, my Uncle Randy.

- 25 October 2012 August 2012 Mount Ararat Expedition: Donna interviewing climbing partner for her documentary at around 12,000’ elevation. She and the two other Ark hunters in her group are the first people to have ever reached this spot on Mt. Ararat, making Donna the only known female in history to do so.
