Since acquiring the Pabst Brewing Company, America's largest privately held beer company, with his brother, Evan, and father, Dean, in June 2010, Daren Metropoulos has overseen PBC's extensive organizational and operational restructuring, including the formation of a new management team and the reopening of an office in Los Angeles, the second-largest beer market in the country.

Pabst Blue Ribbon continues to be one of America's fastest growing consumer products and the only American lager growing in all 50 states. Daren and his brother work with the management team on new product innovation, international growth, and effective investment in the PBC brand portfolio, which includes one of the fastest growing American brands in Pabst Blue Ribbon.

Prior to PBC, Daren spent over a decade working for his father's acquisition and management business, Metropoulos & Co., with a focus on consumer goods. He played an integral role in restructuring the food conglomerate Pinnacle Foods, as well as successfully reenergizing iconic American brands -- such as Chef Boyardee, Ghirardelli Chocolates, and Hungry Man -- with award-winning marketing, packaging design, and sales strategies.

In addition to his consumer goods experience, he managed his family's acquisition of the distressed luxury hotel, Castle on the Hudson in Westchester, NY. His innovative hospitality vision and commitment to a top-tier staff established a new, positive culture, resulting in the hotel reaching profitability within two years of the purchase.

Daren has been involved in numerous commercial and residential real estate transactions in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and California. He continues to look for new and exciting real estate opportunities nationally.
