Dan grew up in Riggins, Idaho, with brief stints in Las Vegas and Anchorage, before going to college at Gonzaga in Spokane, Washington, and starting a career in standup there, before moving to Los Angeles in 2010. In the past few years, Dan's made appearances on The Tonight Show with both Conan O'Brien and Jay Leno, The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson, both a 1/2 hour and a full hour special on Comedy Central, Showtime's "Live from Amsterdam", and numerous other televised standup spots on everything from HBO to Nickelodeon (seriously). He's also been a featured personality on two seasons of World'd Dumbest on TRUtv, in addition to performing panel on other networks, such as G4.
Dan's also toured extensively across North America, Europe, and even South Africa, while releasing 3 CDs on Warner Brothers Records. He's performed at numerous festivals, such as Just for Laughs in Montreal, numerous times, and he's now getting work as a writer and producer, recently helping produce American Wiseass for the History Channel.
