When Lifestyle Designer Kathy Ireland saw a need for easy and nutritious home cooking ideas for families, she asked her good friend Chef André to partner with her to bring culinary solutions to families. Janet Jackson’s first book, NY Times #1 Best Seller “True You” is Celebrity Chef Andre’s newest endeavor. Working with the incredible icon Janet Jackson, Celebrity Chef Andre contributes over 30 recipes for a healthy meal plan.

“True You” takes Celebrity Chef Andre’s exquisite recipes and transforms them into something anyone can do if they have a desire to stay healthy and lean while eating the foods they love. Chef Andre is also the newest member of Nutrisystem Success Chef’s Council.

Celebrity Chef Andre is often asked to bring his culinary awareness to the media and has appeared on popular television programs like “Today Show,” “Access Hollywood”, “Anderson Cooper” , “Soap Talk,”“EXTRA,” “Inside Hollywood,” “Sunday Dinner,” and “Brave Heart Women.” He is a regular on Real Life with Susan and Friends, and has also appeared on Taste of Southwest w/ Chef Dean Fearing, was invited to be a guest chef at the nation’s largest Father’s Day event, Real Men Cook. Of his many duties for kathy ireland Worldwide his most prestigious would be when asked by kathy to do an event to honor her dear friend Dame Elizabeth Taylor. It was Chef Andre’s great privilege to work with the family in planning Dame Elizabeth Taylor’s 74th Birthday Celebration at the Beverly Hills Hotel and again working with her children to help plan her 75th Diamond Jubilee at the Ritz Carlton / Lake Las Vegas.
