03 May 2013 Sugar is a sweet, lovely girl with a bright smile that could brighten up even the cloudiest day. She is super friendly and she loves to say hi to everyone with a big hug and lots and lots of kisses! She just loves to give them sugar kisses away ;) Sugar is about as perfect as can be; she has a wonderful personality and is very affectionate. She loves everyone, and we mean EVERYONE! Big dogs, little dogs, adults, children, and cats, too! She is potty trained and crate trained. Sugar was a stray at the shelter and it wasn't long before the shelter staff recognized what a special girl she is… they knew they could rely on Sugar to help them find out if another dog likes dogs. Sugar was always happy to help and she was loved by many at the shelter. And it was there at the shelter when she met her BFF, Royal. Royal was a stray, too. The shelter staff knew they had an extraordinary dog in their presence after they spent time with him. Royal is such a sweet boy with eyes that could melt the glaciers… He has the calmness of a healer and the gentleness of an angel. He too, is an all around wonderful dog who would make a great companion to a very special family. He's great with adults, children, dogs of all sizes and cats too! Sugar and Royal are best friends and they have been joined at the hip for the past few months of their lives when there was no one to call their own on except for each other… And they have developed a deep, special bond. They did everything together when they were at the shelter, and now that they're with Bullies and Buddies, things haven't changed much. They cuddle next to each other when they sleep, they eat together, play together. When Sugar gets in the backseat of the car, Royal goes to give her kisses before sitting in the front seat… OMG, how cute is that! Everyone at Bullies and Buddies loves Sugar and Royal and we think they are two of the most amazing, wonderful dogs. We recognizes the deep bond between them and it would mean the world to us if they can be adopted to an amazing family together. Little Toby was found abandoned, so we think he was probably last year's Easter bunny (like so many other Easter bunnies who lose their shine after about 2 weeks!). Snowball is a truly fabulous 2 year-old female, white Domestic Shorthair with pretty much the most gorgeous amber eyes ever. She loves being pet and is pretty much a people cat if we ever saw one! We love how she talked to us and came out of her box to hang out while we met all the other cats. ... No jealousy here! Did we mention that she purrs? Unfortunately, Snowball has scabies right now. But she looks to be getting better. She clearly misses human interaction because of it. She puts her paw out to let you know she wants to go home. Snowball has been at the shelter since 12/18. Please come rescue or adopt her today! All North Central Animals come spayed/neutered, microchipped and with full shots (including rabies).
