This is Neil, a ridiculously cute ten year old black and white Teacup Chihuahua who was found in Altadena on January 26th and brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center. He was just rescued from the shelter and needs a flight from Los Angeles to Chicago...can you help with donations or accompanying him to Chicago?
