She was impounded on New Years Day. She seems to be saying, "Oh, Lord, where am I? Where is my family and why was I taken from my home?" She's probably frightened as well. I don't know the details on this angel but if her family gave her up or if she was lost doesn't matter as long as she gets out of the shelter before her time is up.
