  • 29 October 2012 Diva is a 5yr old spayed female Staffordshire Terrier in desperate need of loving home! Diva has been living at Blue Cross Pet Hospital in North Hollywood for a little while now. She was brought in to be euthanized by her owner (He stated they had a newborn and was unable to care for her anymore. Yet instead of putting her down Blue Cross Pt Hospital decided to try and find her a home instead.) Diva, like any animal should not be living in a cage. All the rescues seem to be full as well as all the employees there and they can't even find a foster for her! She is a very people loving dog. She does well with other friendly dogs, but she is dominant. We recommend using caution when introducing her to other dogs. It's unknown how she does with small animals but she has been great with a 2 yr old daughter of one of the Vet Technicians who takes her home when she can. She was found around a family member's work place - probably just dropped off as many are. She is probably between 3-4 months old and probably won't be very big. She is very, very sweet and social. She leukemia free (had her tested this week), has been treated for fleas and de-wormed. She's had her 1st round of shots. Please consider adding her to your family.   • 30 November 2012 "Sloopy lived in a very bad part of town...." - well, not quite - but she was once a stray young cat with 3 baby kittens trying to survive in the blistering summer heat Now she lives a pretty good life in our shelter, but is waiting for her forever home. Sloopy is still not sure if she can trust people so she will need a very patient person who will give her a chance!
