Brooke Weisbrod Snapshot
Brooke Weisbrod (pronounced "WICE-brohd" joined ESPN in 2003 as a college basketball analyst. She regularly calls men's and women’s basketball telecasts on ESPN networks, the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship, and serves as a studio analyst for ESPNU, The Big Ten Network, and CBS. In addition to her analyst role, she has also covered college basketball and football as a sideline reporter. Weisbrod was the first female to appear on ESPNU's "The Experts" on February 14, 2012 and is one of three female color analysts in the country who regularly call men's basketball.

Before joining ESPN, Weisbrod was most noted for playing college basketball at Coastal Carolina University, where in 2001 she was named the Big South Player of the Year, the Big South Scholar Athlete of the Year and the NCAA Woman of the Year for South Carolina. She is the second player in school history to amass at least 1,000 points, 300 rebounds and 200 assists. Weisbrod was a three sport athlete while attending Coastal Carolina, lettering in softball and tennis before playing basketball professionally in Germany for the Marburg Marlins for one year.
