Okay, maybe we tricked you just a little bit. Katherine Heigl has been happily married to Josh Kelley since 2007, but her character in "Jenny's Wedding" is looking for love close to home (actually, inside her home).

Co-starring Tom Wilkinson and Alexis Bledel, "Jenny's Wedding" is an independent comedy that tells the story of openly gay Jenny Farrell, who chooses to follow her heart and marry the woman her family believed to be just a roommate.

Yesterday, Katherine shared a picture from the set of “Jenny’s Wedding” with a call to her fans for help: “Jenny's Wedding is a movie I'm so proud to be a part of. Love the story and the characters. Hope you will too! But...the movie producers need your help to make it happen,” Katherine captioned the photo.

The money raised will help the makers of "Jenny's Wedding" with post-production costs such as editing, sound mixing, licensing music, and film festival expenses. And there's also something in it for you—awesome prizes like exclusive digital content, a signed screenplay, an advanced screening, a signed wedding album, and more are all up for grabs.
