Kristen Bell - ok heres the deal: 30 workouts in 30 days. anything counts. dvds, yoga, exercise class, gym, kickboxing, jogging, hiking even jazzersize. but not golf. get real. let me know how you are doing and we can share the pain. this was all inspired by a groupon i bought for Bar Method, btw. i realized my desire for a bargain faaaar out weighs my desire for a bikini body, which sucks, but i am who i am.  So far i have done 8 Bar Method classes and 2 Spin classes at SoulCycle. i find spinning really hard. heres me after my first spin class:
