Fans of "The Vampire Diaries" had a lot to celebrate yesterday—the 100th episode of the hit show aired Thursday night on The CW.

After five successful seasons and a spin-off series ("The Originals"), TV's "most social series" has been awarded multiple accolades—including the 2014 People's Choice Award for Best On-Screen Chemistry to the stars Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder.

With so many reasons to celebrate, Nina couldn't pass up the opportunity to invite her fellow cast members to an epic TVD 100th episode viewing party at her Los Angeles home.

"The Vampire Diaries" debuted on September 10, 2009 as The CW's most-viewed pilot episode since the network began in 2006. Since then, the show has kept an impressive momentum, averaging over 2 million viewers per season (and counting) as well as receiving favorable reviews from both critics and fans.

Episode 100 of "The Vampire Diaries" wrapped on Saturday November 9, 2013, right before the cast and crew celebrated by holding a party in Atlanta, Georgia.

Congratulations to Nina Dobrev, Candice Accola, and the entire cast and crew of "The Vampire Diaries" for this important milestone!
