Nike’s Jordan Brand released a celeb-filled TV ad, aptly titled “Re2pect,” paying tribute to New York Yankees captain Derek Jeter. After 20 years in the MLB, the future Hall of Famer’s illustrious career is coming to an end. Jeter, 40, will retire at the end of the season.

The video tribute opens with the legendary voice of former Yankees announcer Bob Sheppard introducing Jeter as he makes his way to home plate. What happens next is pure gold. Everyone from grudged Red Sox players and fans to Jeter’s family to A-listers including Spike Lee, Billy Crystal, Tiger Woods, Carmelo Anthony, Jay-Z, and of course, the man himself, Michael Jordan, all tip their caps to the captain as a show of “re2pect” and gratitude for his time in pinstripes.
