Hey, “Glee” fans, you can relax! Chris Colfer isn’t going anywhere, despite what that tweet said about him leaving the show.

Fans of “Glee” can breathe a sigh of relief.

Chris Colfer, who has played Kurt on the Fox series since it premiered in 2009, is indeed on board for Season 6.

"Glee" fans began to panic because of a tweet sent out from Chris’ Twitter account early this afternoon. It read: “Due to personal issues, I have been let go from the cast of GLEE. Explanations will come shortly….”

But “The Hollywood Reporter” found out there was no truth to the tweet, which has since been removed from the actor’s account.

In fact, Chris didn’t even send it.

Chris’ manager told the trade paper that the actor’s Twitter account had been hacked, and his publicist had the same explanation, noting that the actor was on a mid-Atlantic flight without Wi-Fi access at the time the unauthorized tweet went out.

The studio that produces “Glee,” 20th Century Fox TV, also addressed the situation via a statement released to the media. “We’ve been alerted that Chris Colfer’s Twitter account has been hacked. Rumors of his dismissal from Glee could not be further from the truth,” the statement reads. “We love Chris and look forward to working with him again this season.”

Can you imagine “Glee” without Kurt? We can’t!

FYI: Season 6 of the show won’t begin until midseason, which means we’ll see it in January 2015 at the earliest.

And not to end on a bummer, but season six will be the final season of “Glee.”
