Ogilvy Beijing staged this clever experiential stunt at a Hong Kong movie theater.

These moviegoers won't probably text and drive ever again. 

Ogilvy Beijing created the cleverest texting and driving awareness campaign at a movie theater in Hong Kong. 

Along with Volkswagen, the Chinese ad agency staged the experiential stunt/PSA to illustrate the dangers of using your cell phone while driving. Unsuspecting moviegoers were shown a video of a vehicle driving down the road from the perspective of the driver, while a location-based transmitter sent a text message to all mobile phones in the theater.
