Who runs the world? Girls!

Beyoncé, Jennifer Garner, and Jane Lynch joined Facebook Chief Operating Officer and LeanIn.org Founder Sheryl Sandberg and former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in the campaign #BanBossy, which seeks to eliminate the use of discriminatory words that discourage strong-willed girls and women from becoming leaders.

"Being labeled something matters," says Garner in the video. "By middle school, girls are less interested in leadership than boys," continues Sandberg. "And that's because they are worried about being called 'bossy,'" Lynch explains in the video indended to empower young girls. "I'm not bossy. I'm the boss," Beyoncé proudly concludes at the end of the video.
