"Ghost Adventures" executive producer and co-host Nick Groff discusses his newest fitness goal below.

I set a major personal goal for myself two years ago to be the next American Ninja Warrior. I want to beat the competition.

I am waiting for the final phone call to be accepted. They have contacted me a few times already.

My family and fans are my biggest supporters!

I rolled my ankle playing basketball 2 years ago. When I was sitting in my kitchen icing my ankle I saw an episode of American Ninja Warrior. I told myself: "I need to win that competition." Finding a personal trainer to better my health and fitness lead me to open my own gym called Drive Health and Fitness.

I teamed up with Tony Hajjar and Vartan Yeghiazarians—we're planning to open our second fitness facility in Salem, NH in spring of 2015. We have built a community within a community. Members can't get enough of Drive Health and Fitness.

My life has changed for the better and I'm motivated to conquer a personal goal, American Ninja Warrior. This passion has lead me to help my community to better other people's lives with Drive Health and Fitness. I have never felt in better shape or healthier. Everyday is a struggle to drive my wellness, in order to win American Ninja Warrior!
