Below are five simple exercises Rory says help his golfing: bench presses, inside grip pull-ups, wide grip pull-ups, hanging leg raises, and Swiss ball pikes, which are great for strength, stability, and even psychological well being. “Rory’s never lacked for confidence,” said personal trainer Steve McGregor. “But there’s a lot of scientific evidence that links being strong and physically fit with self-confidence and psychological well-being,” he added.
