- 04 January 2013 BRACE YOURSELVES. Gratuitous retail therapy selfie shot attached - because I am 1) tragic and 2) SHAMELESS. Denim tie-side bikini bottoms BACK and FRONTAL view! I lurve them and you all must buy for your 'Booty Bible BOO-TAYS'. Tee hee. I rode into 2013 on a sick hacking unicorn. Next week I am back in the gym (Gleeful Mc Happypants!) and making good on my resolution to continue to strive toward lvl: SUPERHERO. Who's with me?? - 08 March 2013 WEEKEND WARRIORS! BootyMotivation from Friday on Manhattan Beach ;)... Love yo' LEGS! You can change the composition of your legs - by working on your strength and endurance to fight those fat cells that your bod 'signals' to be stored around your waist and hips. Basic exercises like drop squats, all types of lunges (my fave!) and calf raises help shape and define and SLIM down thighs and hips. Most of the exercises we put into Lionsgate BeFiT's 30 Day Buttlift workout were designed to not only shape your glutes but to also tone and tighten your gams ;) This weekend, find yourself a staircase or a Stairmaster/stepmill machine and show them legs some LOVE ;) ~ Alicia
- 22 May 2013 WED PICCIE! = Right now (in black!) heading to le gym for an ABS DAY (one of 3). BUT First, grab a mat (or soft carpeting!) and check out this quick fun CORE and TIGHTER ABS MOVE you can do at home in your 'jammies' like me: "AB CORE TWISTS" I do 10 on each side 3 times through. Take your time moving from poses 1-3. This move will challenge your balance and stability helping you to train your core and tighten your abs AM xx

I'll name THREE lol: the NY Yankees (of course!) and these two of Gabrielle Reece and Florence Griffith Joyner. - 15 May 2013 Look! STRAWBERRY PICKING SEASON! Love...but Y U SO delicate, Strawberries?! They start to shrivel in like 2 days :'/...someone told me that a cold water and vinegar bath helps them last a couple days longer. So I'm trying it out. Any of my FB foodie types have any other tricks??These are HUGE! ^.^
