Today I had to waste my time to appear at the LA County Animal Control Dept because I received a citation in the mail stating that I was letting my dog Tallulah 'run at large in the community.' Obviously a mistake. The Animal control Officer took one look at my dog and dismissed the fine without a word. Below is a photo of the 2.8lb HELLRAISER that is supposedly "terrorizing the community - at large." O_o
