January 17, 2012Gee whiz. I'm just so amazed by how kind people with differing political views are being today! Oh wait. That's not happening. A joke about moving cross the boarder (because I'm half Canadian) doesn't seem to warrant the "kill yourself bitch" replies I'm getting today. I clearly stated that I'm let down by both parties. That I am disillusioned by the political sphere as a whole. And that I simply want this nation to be one where, truly, "all men (and women thank-you-very-much) are created equal." I believe in an America where everyone, regardless of party, economic status, sexual orientation, or religious conviction, can live freely. THAT is The UNITED States. So why don't all of you bigots and bitchers work on being proud Americans, who lead by a love-thy-neighbor example, instead of promoting intolerance that this country is supposed to have risen above. Seriously.
