24 October 2011 29 years old and still don't like eating my vegetables, so I've turned to juicing. Surprisingly when all of them are combined they become somewhat manageable to drink.

10 October 2011 Truck or Car? Tough decision today, decided to make my drive a little more fun. Gonna take one of my old schools for the ride north. The smell of a carbureted engine! BTW I went truck.

08 October 2011 Decided to escape from the heat of Phoenix this week, drove up to the cabin with family. Wow what great weather, snow flurries yesterday and beautiful skies today. Getting ready to watch the Sun Devil game here at 12:30. Perfect weekend!

06 October 2011 Back to back days at therapy, starting off with a little acupuncture while wearing my yoga toes. On to my work out after this, looking for Energy X to give me the spark and help me through the workout!

05 October 2011 I started my second week of rehab at API in Scottsdale, AZ, what a fun drive - 32 miles one way, but worth it to work with the best, Ana, my rehab specialist. My work was great today, did a little Michael Phelps in the pool to start followed by therapy and a work out. I couldn’t have made it throughout without the help of my blue camo black mambas!

28 June 2011 I had the opportunity to go to the Union Rescue Mission last Friday and had such a great time grilling and serving hot dogs with Farmer John. I always look forward to going down there and helping our local community anyway I can. Hope you enjoy a few pictures from the event.

12 May 2011 I just wanted to say a special thank you to Farmer John for donating an additional 30,000 pounds of food to the local food banks. Looking forward to being back in LA tomorrow!

04 October 2010 Last Thursday, I was on KTLA and Power 106 to promote the Bacon Wrapped Hot Dog becoming the official hot dog of LA. Farmer John has now extended the campaign and will donate up to 50,000 pounds of food to the local food banks. That's a lot of food to people who need it most, so please make sure you vote.
